PARTNER WITH AURION
TWO WAYS TO PARTNER. ONE SHARED GOAL: BETTER ENERGY OPPORTUNITIES.
Aurion offers two distinct partnership paths. We collaborate with organizations to identify, develop and deliver new projects together, and we work with referral partners who introduce qualified clients or project opportunities.
Choose the path that best matches how you would like to work with us.

TWO PARTNERSHIP PATHS
HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK WITH AURION?
01
PROJECT PARTNERSHIPS
For organizations that want to combine capabilities, networks or resources with Aurion to find, develop, pursue or deliver new projects.
Examples include joint project development, complementary technical delivery, market expansion, technology integration and capital collaboration。
02
REFERRAL PARTNERSHIPS
For professionals and organizations that can introduce qualified clients, developments, assets or energy-project opportunities to Aurion.
Aurion evaluates the opportunity and, if there is a fit, works directly with the prospective client to define the appropriate next step.

PATH 01 — PROJECT PARTNERSHIPS
DEVELOPING AND DELIVERING NEW PROJECTS TOGETHER
Project Partnerships are for organizations whose capabilities, relationships, technology, capital or market access complement Aurion’s EPC, Operations & Maintenance, Inspection Software and Capital Funding solutions.
The objective is to create a defined partnership around real opportunities—not simply to add a company name to a partner list.

04 — O&M, Inspection & Diagnostic Partners
Maintenance contractors, drone-service providers, inspection specialists, cleaning providers, testing teams, and asset-performance organizations.
05 — Inspection Software & Technology Partners
Inspection-platform providers, drone and robotics companies, imaging specialists, data and analytics providers, asset-management technology companies, cybersecurity providers and technology integrators.
06 — Capital & Financial Partners
Lenders, equipment-finance providers, project-finance organizations, investors, infrastructure funds, and other qualified capital partners.
07 — Builders, Developers & Project Originators
Home builders, land developers, commercial developers, energy developers, property owners, project originators, and organizations with potential energy opportunities.

PATH 02 — REFERRAL PARTNERSHIPS
INTRODUCE THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY TO THE RIGHT TEAM
Referral Partnerships are for trusted professionals and organizations that encounter clients or projects that may benefit from Aurion’s energy solutions but do not need to participate in project development or delivery.
A strong referral is more than a name. It is a relevant, permission-based introduction to a business, developer, asset owner or organization with a genuine project need or energy objective.
Who this path is for?
The prospective client has a real property, development, operating asset or project opportunity.
The opportunity relates to EPC, O&M, Inspection Software, Capital Funding or residential energy solutions.
The prospective client is aware of and agrees to the introduction.
The referral partner provides enough context for Aurion to assess relevance.
The opportunity is not already active in Aurion’s pipeline or represented by another party.
Business, energy and sustainability consultants.
Commercial real-estate advisors and property professionals.
Builders, developers, contractors and trades that identify an energy need outside their own scope.
Equipment, technology and professional-service providers.
Industry associations, regional organizations and community networks.
Existing clients, professional contacts and other trusted market connectors.
How referral collaboration works
01 — Register Your Interest
Introduce yourself, your organization, professional network and the types of opportunities you typically encounter.
02 — Review and Approval
Aurion reviews the proposed referral relationship, market fit, reputation, potential conflicts and any applicable commercial requirements.
03 — Submit an Opportunity
Once an appropriate referral arrangement is confirmed, introduce the opportunity using the agreed process and only with the prospective client’s permission.
04 — Aurion Evaluates the Fit
Aurion speaks with the prospective client, confirms the project need and determines whether its solutions are suitable.
05 — Track the Introduction
The introduction and any applicable referral terms are handled according to the written arrangement agreed with Aurion.
